Our   veal liver sausage   is made from the finest veal from the ham, among other things. It gets its hearty and typical taste from bacon and pork liver, which we use to refine the sausage meat.
 We add a little blossom honey to give the liver sausage its characteristic sweet taste. Selected spices round off the taste of our liver sausage.
