We present our Jagdwurst made from high-quality pork and a cold cut base meat. This is how the hunting sausage gets its tender structure with hearty pieces of meat. Sliced, it tastes best on a piece of bread, but you can also use the hunting sausage diced as an ingredient in soups and sauces. Good to know: In East Germany, the hunting sausage is traditionally eaten sliced and fried as a "hunter's schnitzel".
